For Penn State students across Pennsylvania, one year of fundraising to support children fighting pediatric cancer culminated February 17-19 in a 46-hour no-sleeping, no-sitting dance marathon at University Park in the Bryce Jordan Center.
Most Penn Staters are familiar with THON, a completely student-run philanthropy committed to enhancing the lives of children and families impacted by childhood cancer. The organization’s efforts culminate each year with a 46-hour dance marathon in the Bryce Jordan Center at University Park, to which each participating Penn State campus sends dancers as representatives.
